Delivery & Returns
Is delivery chargeable?
Yes. It’s chargeable by weight, once the item/s are packed. We offer FREE UK delivery (with 1st class post) on purchases over £100.00.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we ship to the US and many other countries too. We have stopped selling to the EU, until we know more about the new regulations (GPSR) put in place since 13th Dec 2024. Please contact us for up-to-date delivery charges.
How will my item be packed?
We pack smaller items with tissue paper, bubble wrap in a single layer cardboard box. Heavier items will be packed in thicker double walled cardboard boxes with tissue paper, large bubble wrap and packing chips. All orders will come with a thank you note and business card.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. If you require your order to be dispatched the next day (or sent with Special Delivery), please get in touch before you order.
Can I track my order?
Orders under £50 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Orders over £50 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (24h tracked service)
Orders over 5kg are sent by Parcelforce 48h tracked service.
Please contact us if you need to track your parcel, and we will send you the tracking nr.
What if my purchase is damaged in transit?
In the very rare instance an item gets damaged in the post, we will send you a replacement item free of charge once you shown evidence, by emailing images of the broken piece. Over the last 15 years of sending glass by Royal Mail and UPS, we have only had two broken pieces.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, please return your item within 14 days of receiving it to qualify for a full refund (we will not cover the cost of the return postage though). Please return the item well packed in the original packaging.
